About us

About

Denfind Stone began in 2004 when Brian and Alison Binnie identified the potential of a disused Angus sandstone quarry on their farm to meet demand for high-quality, sustainable, and natural stone products.

About

In 2004, we reopened the 19th century Pitairlie Quarry to restore the Angus sandstone industry that once supplied superior stone across the world. The business has expanded to become one of Scotland’s leading suppliers of quality natural stone.

About Angus Sandstone

As the home of Angus sandstone, Denfind Stone is dedicated to maintaining the legacy of one of the world’s greatest natural products. It produces unique products from their quarry and purpose-built stone production facility in the heart of Angus.
